Hi I have a Hauppage nova-td USB stick and I'm using Ubuntu Gutsy, Kernel 2.6.22-14. I cannot seem to discover any channels when scanning. When I use the nove-td USB stick on a Windows PC (same cable and connection to roof antenna), I can pick up and watch about 65 channels! I downloaded and compiled and installed the latest drivers as per the instructions on the wiki. It seems as though the stick is detected ok: Jan 13 21:58:32 247 kernel: [ 599.520000] dvb-usb: found a 'Hauppauge Nova-TD Stick/Elgato Eye-TV Diversity' in cold state, will try to load a firmware Jan 13 21:58:32 247 kernel: [ 599.530000] dvb-usb: downloading firmware from file 'dvb-usb-dib0700-1.10.fw' Jan 13 21:58:33 247 kernel: [ 600.250000] dvb-usb: found a 'Hauppauge Nova-TD Stick/Elgato Eye-TV Diversity' in warm state.
