Thanks Jay, it is indeed helpful. I've created a wiki entry for the card
here: http://www.linuxtv.org/wiki/index.php/Leadtek_WinFast_HDTV_Cinema
Could you please scan it for any errors (eg. I made the lspci output up,
basing it upon what I believe it should look like).

If you have a camera and could upload a/some image(s) of the device to
the page, then that would be great too.

And even further, if you would like to submit a patch to get the card
automagically recognized & configured and have this submitted to the
kernel, then that would also be great too ... you need to patch (from
http://linuxtv.org/hg/v4l-dvb/file/tip/linux/drivers/media/video/saa7134/)
saa7134-cards.c and saa7134-dvb.c with the appropriate definitions ...
use the KWorld ATSC 110 as a guide.

The 18pin remote control IC you've identified is likely an Atmel
AT8P56S. In regards to this chip, I've cc'ed Dwaine Garden and Henry
Wong in on the message, as hopefully that identification may help with
their earlier work on remote control support for the KWorld card (and on
an MSI board too IIRC) ... Dwaine and Henry, to get you up to speed, the
background message is
http://marc.info/?l=linux-dvb&m=119747668120799&w=2, which is then
followed up by Jay's message that I have included inline above.

I also cc'ed in John, the thread originator, as he may still be
interested in the card.

Cheers
