Even if it is not strictly DVB .. shouldn't this be added since it adds somewhat vital functionality?

This appears to work fine with the limited number of reboots I have
made and enterprising individuals may retro-fit the workaround hack
on other HVR cards such as the HVR-1300 (HVR-3000?) if they are irritated
with the incorrect attachment of their tuner parts.
