I tried disabling sound, and I have no sound, as expected. :-)
But still the frontend won't attach:

I also checked if there was anything except budget-av using this irq:

Anything else I can try?

You can't change this irq, because it is hardwired between the specific
PCI slot and the chipset. ACPI controls the mapping between LINKA..H and
the IOAPIC.

Ok. I have used oyther machines (not with Linux) where IRQ allocation
for PCI slots (which IRQ for which slot or LINK) was changeable in the
BIOS. Unfortunately, this machine doesn't have such an option.
