I tested yesterday a bit:
The one patch of mine applied as such
and scanning and channel seeing worked.
I don't have yet a tuned patch that
doesn't generate warnings.

Here they are.
I did a rework on the mantis tree. Can be called an overhaul itself.
Major improvements were in the Interrupt handler, PCI handling , I2C
communication and so on, but there have been other bugfixes and
improvements as well.
Can you regenerate your patch (since i have some changes would like to
have it verified) after testing the same on your device ?
