Hello! I have a Twinhan MagicBox I (USB1.1) 7041B. My problem is: I can't load the firmware to it. My system is Gentoo on AMD64 , Kernel 2.6.14.5. No matter if I compile the DVB Drivers into the kernel or as a module, while loading I get: usb 2-6: new full speed USB device using ohci_hcd and address 5 dvb-usb: found a 'TwinhanDTV USB-Ter USB1.1 / Magic Box I / HAMA USB1.1 DVB-T device' in cold state, will try to load a firmware dvb-usb: did not find the firmware file. (dvb-usb-dibusb-5.0.0.11.fw) Please see linux/Documentation/dvb/ for more details on firmware-problems. dvb-usb: TwinhanDTV USB-Ter USB1.1 / Magic Box I / HAMA USB1.1 DVB-T device error while loading driver (-2) dvb_usb_dibusb_mb: probe of 2-6:1.0 failed with error -22 lsusb sais: Bus 002 Device 005: ID 1822:3201 Twinhan VisionDTV USB-Ter/HAMA USB DVB-T device cold The light on the device is off. I have downloaded the firmware and put it to /lib/firmware, /usr/lib/hotplug/firmware.
