Could it have something to do with FEC settings (I use FEC is NONE for
auto detection) ?

So I am starting to be believe that my card is broken somehow.
Card is not broken, if it can lock to a frequency. Something else is
wrong, somewhere in what you are doing.

Can you give me a hint how I can debug this? Can I check some
registers, or maybe retrieve a raw TS for a clue?
Perhaps you can send me a correct dvbscan tuning output example (max.
verbose of course) for comparison?
Really don't know how to make progress on this.
