Yes, it works, but it is hardware incompatable with certain CAM modules - this cannot be fixed in the driver software. If you see the above message, it means it saw the CAM, but could not talk to it because of this problem. If you can upgrade the software on the CAM, it _might_ help, but no guarantees.
How could I upgrade the software?
Which CAM is it out of interest
I have two CAMs that I have tested with: Conax 4.0 (P/N: 901647 Rev1.0) and a dual CA (Irdeta and Conax).
Also, whats the version number on the CI interface card?
The version seems to be 1.1 (the whole text is "BDGTCIS Rev 1.1 TT2004.14").
Theres a list on the wiki: http://linuxtv.org/wiki/index.php/Supported_CAM_modules
Thanks, but there is nothing listed under v1.1... Any suggestions on howto proceed? -Petri _______________________________________________ linux-dvb@xxxxxxxxxxx http://www.linuxtv.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/linux-dvb
