Ah, maybe some initialization order trouble,
but I'm missing specifically something like

DVB: registering new adapter (saa7134[0]).
DVB: registering frontend 0 (Philips TDA10046H DVB-T)...

The frontend initialization for the first device doesn't look such bad.

All we have about it is in this thread and Sedar also send some pictures.
The tuner code was under heavy changes these days.

Currently the tuner is successfully initialized to analog mode, 
else you won't see the tda9887.

Sorry, I don't see anything for the frontend in your logs.
