Hello,
I have ubuntu breezy installed on my computer. I use kernel 2.6.12 and
latest hg drivers.
I am using my dvb Nexus-S card to stream channels to aminet STB through
VLC media player. I change my channels with web page ant vlm interface
of VLC.
I have a problem that, if i kill vlc with command killall vlc, i can't
use card again. Only if i restart computer or reload modules.
VLC log says:
dvb error: ioctl FE_SET_VOLTAGE failed, voltage=0 (-1) Remote I/O error
dvb error: DVB-S: tuning failed
Is there a way that i could somehow reset dvb card with some tool
without reload modules or restart computer?
