I remember there were discussions to port the driver back but i have no clue about the progress. Maybe you are successful with the following: Older versions have the drivers for video and dvb separate. So you need snapshots of dvb-kernel and v4l-kernel. If you find a combination that compiles on you system and has a saa1734-dvb module, you can copy the code from an older v4l-kernel snapshot. It is not to much, basically you need to edit saa7134.h saa7134-cards.c saa7134-dvb.c and replace tda10046.h and tda10046.c.
