3 possibilities:
1) Intensive WEB search, including http://www.bttv-gallery.de/
Not on the gallery.
2) Maybe you find the information in the windows driver, the .inf files
Not there.
3) Get the names from the card directly, maybe you need to remove
shields. You should do this only if you have some hardware skills.
Given this is a mini-PCI card, maybe it is reachable by opening some screws
from the outside, which yould be easy.
