In order to use the DVB-T section on this card you need to load the
saa7134-dvb module:
modprobe saa7134-dvb
If you want this to happen automatically upon boot time add it
to /etc/modules.
Of course, I don't know whether your specific card is currently
supported. I have a saa7134 based card (KWORLD DVB-T 220RF) which
requires the latest cvs (mercurial) to be installed as per these
instructions http://www.linuxtv.org/repo/ (which works fine in Dapper
incidently!
Hope this helps,

I downloaded the mercurial repo and installed it, but my card isn't
detected.
I looked on the vendor's website and found the windows driver file for
the TV card on this laptop [1].
I unpacked it and in the .inf file I found that my card is an Avermedia
M115 mini-PCI TV card [2].
I looked in the v4l-dvb files for any "m115" word (with grep) and didn't
find any match, so I think this card/tuner don't have a Linux driver at
this time.

We need to know more about the hardware of the card, especially
- the tuner
- and the channel decoder
