Its the former (OR51211) that is required.

It appears Dvico also used a Temic analog tuner + the external Oren for
the F2 as well (D210 ----> D240 .... of varying 18AC and DBC0).

I just noticed that, for the Temic F2 models, the inf file lists model
4042, whereas two of the F3 models utilizing a Temic analog can list
model 4402...likely a typo....anyways, I believe the Temic 4042
consisted of the Philips SA5523 & Philips TDA5737M, and Philips TDA9801T.
