I've tested http://linuxtv.org/hg/~mkrufky/dvb-pll (April 12 Snapshot) and found that I could not tune to two channels (Perth Channel 9, and SBS).
On http://linuxtv.org/hg/v4l-dvb I can tune to these channels.
If you want me to test anything else or need more info let us know.

It's getting a little late here.
The http://linuxtv.org/hg/v4l-dvb tree seams to be working fine on my card.
I'm able to scan for channels and tune into as many as as before.

Thank you for testing, although now I see that we have a slight misunderstanding.
You tested the master tree -- we already know that this will work for you because it contains the patch that you have already tested for me yesterday.
What I need for you to test now is:
