I'm using a classic Athlon 700 and the TV output is fine for DVB-T in Cologne. 
I have also seen a similarly-clocked Pentium III achieve the same. IIRC, even 
my Athlon 500 was able to play the DVB-T streams; I swapped it because it 
could not handle DVD-playing + resizing (the graphics card was used in VESA 
mode by mplayer, so it was no help in that respect).
