Is the TS bug fixed in the 2.6.14-1 kernels? If so I can upgrade to it.

The CVS code has lots of problems compiling against a FC4's 2.6.13 
kernel. Even
after I knock out all the drivers I don't need I'm left with missing 
header file:

Will do, however I might switch to the LifeView DUO.

BTW I have a patch that adds
"Elitegroup ECS TVP3XP FM1246 Tuner Card (PAL,FM)"
against the 2.6.13 kernel source is that acceptable to you?
