The driver in 2.6.13 does not have the SAA7134 TS bug fixed. If you say the
channel decoder locks but scan doesn't provide the station info, you might be
a "full victim" of this bug. Please update the drivers (both, v4l.kernel and
dvb-kernel) from the CVS at linuxtv.org. You will also find instructions
in the wiki.
Nicos hint to set the DVB parameters is right. If you are unsure, set them
to auto.

If you are successful, please don't forget to sent a patch.
