Things like letter box mode, sound stream selection, overlay etc.
normally are not the job of the dvb card. In most cases, it just
provides the transport stream. Parsing, parameter selection, decoding
and output formatting are the job for the MPEG decoder which is
application software in most cases. In your case, it might be the
job of the pvr-350 which has a MPEG decoder and video output, right?
