I wanted to inform about the whole situation.
I have a PCTV Sat and a PCTV 400i.
First i had the Problem, that i was not able to LOCK channels. There were only
a few where this was possible.
I applied edgars Patch and it worked, when only one of the cards was inserted
to the host.
after i put in the second card only the PCTV Sat seemed to work.
Both cards work, if they are 'alone' in the host.
It does not matter in which PCI slot the cards are inserted. Always the Sat
worked.
If the Sat cable is removed from the PCTV Sat, the 400i is no more able to
LOCK on any channel:

After trying some Ports at the Multiswitch, where the cards are connected, i
am able to recieve the channel ProSieben and some others.

With same cabling I get no LOCK with 400i, when Sat has cable.
With previous cabling i get lock on ProSieben, but no other channels.

Edgar recommended to disconnect the PCTV Sat. I tred this, but it does not
help. His reciever won't get channels on 13 V (vertical) but I am only able
to get channels with 13V. with cabling Sat = Port 6, 400i = Port 7
