may be, the value 8192 is invalid pid value. PID field in Transport
packet header is 13 bits. So the valid pid values are in between 0 and
8191 (0x1fff)

There's your problem.

Not with this card. The dreaded AV711x set-top-box decoder chip on this
card does not permit retrieving the full, unfiltered transport stream.
You
need a "budget" card for that.
