Yes, but the problem some cards have (suddenly no data transfer anymore) is not fixed in 2.6.12. It will be included in 2.6.13. Or you use the patches for 2.6.12 from http://www.linuxtv.org/downloads/patches/. Btw. if you can, don't use the skystar2-driver anymore. It is superseded by the flexcop-modules. This is just information about the driver situation. I'm unfortunately not able to help you with your real problem.
