It is indeed Channel 4. I recorded a program on my laptop (a PIII)
yesterday and had no problem, but the streams produced by my desktop -
the AMD64 are often broken and rarely usable - they seem to start out
nearly in sync but get worse and worse...

I think there must be something broken on the driver side, but I don't
have the knowledge to fix it.

Fortunately my main use for the box is to record radio and this works
fine. It's only when you add a video stream that things start getting
strange.

Anyone any more ideas?
