Yes, definitely (but with manual patch, see my configuration below). Otherwise
I couldn't tune hiband channels, could I?

Sorry, no DiSEqC hardware, cannot test. Volunteers wanted!

My Nexus-S rev. 2.3 is now running solid as a rock on a
- gentoo system
- kernel 2.6.11
- dvb drivers not from linuxtv.org cvs but:
- dvb drivers shipped with gentoo-dev-sources-2.6.11-r4 (I guess: identical to
gentoo-sources-2.6.11-r4 since gentoo rel. 2005.0)
- av7110.c manually patched for Nexus-S rev. 2-3 support (changes introduced
by Oliver Endriss in CVS rev. 1.177 and 1.179 (some new lines removed) of
av7110.c:

http://www.linuxtv.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/dvb-kernel/linux/drivers/media/dvb/ttpci/av7110.c?r1=1.176&r2=1.177

http://www.linuxtv.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/dvb-kernel/linux/drivers/media/dvb/ttpci/av7110.c?r1=1.178&r2=1.179 )
- VDR 1.3.22
- TV viewing with tvtime 0.9.12 (nice deinteracing, and not freezing my whole
system like xawtv)
