[linux-dvb] <working now> ttusb-budget / TT-Nova-USB does not tune

Hi Felix,

the changes I made are working. The tuner is recognised as an Alps BSRU6 
and I do get a reasonable reception. Though I do get those 'cc 
discontinuity' errors that have been reported before. I will 
investigate on that later.

Here's a patch of my changes to stv0299.c.
