As an additional test I have used the patch with the suse default dvb 
sources (dvb-1.1.0_CVS20040812-7). Quite the same results except: 
dvbscan waits much longer (about 1 minute) until it writes the error 
message. And kaxtv shows after a little bit thinking 100 % signal and 
100 % SNR in nice colors. But thats all, nothing else is found:

Where is the problem (the cabeling is ok, windows works)? Did I miss 
something?
