Kenneth,

thank you for the patch. I just updatet the cvs and ran then patch.
Everything seems to load, except there is no crc32 modul. Is it
neccessary? I have a crc32c.ko.

./insmod.sh:

Inserting DVB modules into kernel
FATAL: Module crc32 not found.
insmod: error inserting './b2c2-flexcop-pci.ko': -1 Unknown symbol in module

Now testing with dvbscan:

----------------------------------
nordlicht:~ # dvbscan /usr/share/dvb/dvb-s/Astra-19.2E
scanning /usr/share/dvb/dvb-s/Astra-19.2E
using '/dev/dvb/adapter0/frontend0' and '/dev/dvb/adapter0/demux0'

Done.
----------------------------------

Same as before. Then I made a test with the scan option of kaxtv. It
finds the frontend but shows on the terminal:

----------------------------------
Using DVB card "ST STV0299 DVB-S"
tuning DVB-S to 12551000 v 22000000

Getting frontend event
FE_GET_EVENT: Value too large for defined data type
dvbsi : Cant tune DVB
----------------------------------

???
