Thanks. I will try more tomorrow. I think this is probably not due to these patches themselves but as they may make compounding more common they probably uncover bugs introduced in the previous patch sets of mine (that did touch a lot of very hairy code I struggled to unwind.) If you can find or help I will bring a Bundaberg Rum to the SDC for you . It is the local distillery here:-) On Tue, Aug 21, 2018 at 6:43 PM, Aurélien Aptel <aaptel@xxxxxxxx> wrote: > Aurélien Aptel <aaptel@xxxxxxxx> writes: >> I've tried running xfstests before/after and I get NULL ptr derefs from >> the first test (not consistenly at the time but same error): > > To clarify: this was after applying your patches. > > Tested locally against samba master with smb3 test group. > > Cheers, > -- > Aurélien Aptel / SUSE Labs Samba Team > GPG: 1839 CB5F 9F5B FB9B AA97 8C99 03C8 A49B 521B D5D3 > SUSE Linux GmbH, Maxfeldstraße 5, 90409 Nürnberg, Germany > GF: Felix Imendörffer, Jane Smithard, Graham Norton, HRB 21284 (AG Nürnberg)
