Hm…
The first I checked is the kernel and it is 4.4 so not sure why it behaves like this then
Linux r1 4.4.50+ #970 Mon Feb 20 19:12:50 GMT 2017 armv6l GNU/Linux

This is Raspbian, but the distro shouldn’t matter

Does bluetoothctl creates this gat object mentioned in the video ?
If I understand correctly bluetoothd won’t try to reconnect without it.
