The Intel 8265 Bluetooth chip ([8087:0A2B]) fails to properly
"initialize" (?) when waking up from a (succesful) hibernation,
preventing further hibernation attempts.
[2.] Full description of the problem/report:
More specifically, when trying to hibernate a second time the notebook
will fail to enter hibernation mode due to:
"Freezing of tasks failed after 20.00r seconds (1 tasks refusing to
freeze, wq_busy=0)"
where the task failing to freeze is hciconfig.
This seems to be due to a kernel bug initializing the bluetooth device
on wakeup from hibernation. The kernel message reads "kernel: Bluetooth:
hci0: Setting Intel event mask failed (-16)".

A workaround is blacklist the bluetooth device in
/etc/udev/rules.d/81-bluetooth-hci.rules, though obviously this renders
the device useless.. After applying the workaround, the system will
still sometimes (I have not yet found a pattern) fail to reach
hibernation state, but nothing will be written in the system logs (i.e.
the last entry in my journal is "systemd[1]: Starting Hibernate"). The
system will not react anymore to any input and the screen will be black.
It still continues to run however (i.e. LED of powerbutton lid, fans
running).
I have experienced the problem also on the 4.4 and 4.8 kernels included
in Ubuntu 16.04 / 16.10.
