Bluetooth: l2cap and rfcomm: fix 1 byte infoleak to userspace.

Hi,

Structures "l2cap_conninfo" and "rfcomm_conninfo" have one padding
byte each. This byte in "cinfo" is copied to userspace uninitialized.
