After deleting the my sound-cards-order file the soundcard was recognized the last three cold boots. I'm wondering about this a little bit, because in the beginning when I add the file everything worked perfect for some weeks.
Is there another way to order the soundcards? I like to have the DSP2000 at the first position and the Virtual MID at the last.
thanks

chrisI have add sound-cards-order to have the soundcard in the right order, because ubuntu like to mixup the order of the soundcards after every reboot :-(Hi,when I try to load the driver with "sudo modprobe snd_ice1712" nothing happen in the output of dmesg,
this is the output from
"/var/log/dmesg" after cold boot.
