I just added the html5 player to my site (see sig, below). Very easy to do. Just need code which looks like this: <a href="9millionbicyles.mp3" type="audio/mpeg"> Nine Million Bicyles <audio controls> <source src="9millionbicyles.mp3" type="audio/mpeg"> <source src="9millionbicyles.ogg" type="audio/ogg"> Only catch is that you need both mp3 and ogg files. Some browsers use one, others the other. Life will never be simple :) (the above code might be buggy, I copied/paste from the site and deleted some stuff to make it look a bit simpler.) ... and I just noticed that I spelt bicycles incorrectly :) On Tue, Apr 30, 2013 at 2:31 PM, Julien Claassen <julien@xxxxxxxxxxx> wrote: > Hello Will! > for what it's worth: I'm all for removing this player. :-) No, it did > never bother me, but of course, I couldn't use it anyway and the smaller the > better. > Good luck with your restructuring, may it give you a few more visitors in > the process.
