Looks like 2.6.23.2 - 2.6.23.8 were all created in one day. I suppose Molnar didn't have time to keep up; unless you need something that's in 2.6.23.8 and not 2.6.23.1, your best bet might be to compile 2.6.23.1; or if you want to be right on the edge you could try: http://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/v2.6/testing/linux-2.6.24-rc2.tar.bz2 for which there is a rt patch.
