One concern is that once the logo is made smaller to better fit the page, the waveform in the background starts looking like something is "muddy" rather than a waveform. I almost prefer the version 1 over the other. But even 3 is nice sans waveform (or perhaps making waveform more zoomed in so that one can clearly trace a line might also help the matter, although that may make it harder to make logo smaller without losing fidelity of that line, especially if it is a thin one).
