[linux-audio-user] pd and MIDI (was MIDI filter)

Thanks.

In the meantime I went ahead and wrote that filter. It's attached if
anyone's interested. Now that it's written anyway, I prefer it to pd
because it uses alsa (and therefore shows up in aconnect).
