I might suggest that you consider recording the velocity information but then not use it. It won't hurt anythign to have it in the MIDI file. You should be able to very easily modify velocity using the notation editor if you really want to get rid of it, but possibly the RG developers just overlooked this feature in the filters page. I filed an enhancement rrequest that they worked on probably two years ago to build the current MIDI filter page, but I cannot remember what I asked for and I cannot find it in the RG bug reporting system. It's probably there somewhere. You also might be able to edit MIDI velocities in the event editor also. My preference would be to record the velocities but then do not transmit them. Good luck, Mark
