Hi Brandon,
in case it hadn't been said before, sorry, in a hurry today, usually uni canteens are at least one place, where you can ask for and get something gluten-free. Awareness exists in many places. Better eateries should also be used to it and, if not adapt a meal, then suggest gluten-free meals on the menu.

Again, sorry if that has been said before.
