I have a HP Laserjet 4000 with a duplex unit and network card
(JetDirect). It serves me fantastically since 15 years on Debian but
also on other OSes and I am installing its second toner cardridge only
now. Can be found second hand, make sure it has a duplex unit for saving
paper.
