I don't know, at least 384/2 KHz via USB might work, but I never tested
my Focusrite 2nd Gen at 192 KHz. The vendor claims
https://support.focusrite.com/hc/en-gb/articles/208095469-USB-2-0-vs-USB-3-0 .

Actually I can confirm that it works for 48 KHz for all I/Os at the
same time.
