I am sorry but this is absolutely incorrect.
Please read the Readme subsction os the RIPTIDE section on the menu on the left side of the main Linuxant Web site: http://www.linuxant.com/drivers/ The present modem 127A:4311 is explicitly supported for modem functions only by the Linuxant HSF driver. More functions available from this device need an additional, existing, "Riptide" driver.
