Please run again
$ sudo agrsm-test
and send us the output.

Note that wvdialconf  must be run as
$ sudo wvdialconf

But the drivers should first be loaded:

$ sudo modprobe agrserial
should suffice and then check for dynamic port creation with:
$ ls -l /dev/ttySAGR  /dev/ttyAGS3

Then run the wvdialconf.
