Barbara, As far as I can see, you have an LT Modem which is well supported. Now, depending on your system which kernel you have and if and you have compiler installed and kernel sources/headers, you can get the drivers. Get scanModem, gunzip scanModem.gz, and run $ sudo ./scanModem and send us ModemData.txt to make sure that the driver we recommend is the one that will work.
