Yes, definitely, the driver does not work.
Was this test executed using the hsf driver answering "yes" when offered to use the replacement driver, or using the ALSA driver as recommended for HDA drivers on the Linuxant Web site?

Found a modem on /dev/ttySHSF0, using link /dev/modem in config.
Modem configuration written to /etc/wvdial.conf.
ttySHSF0<Info>: Speed 460800; init "ATQ0 V1 E1 S0=0 &C1 &D2 +FCLASS=0"
[root@www etc]#


Now edited the wvdial.conf
[root@www etc]# cat /etc/wvdial.conf

Now wehn I am dialing , I am getting the below error..

My Phone line is working fine and when I m trying the same connection with my windows
machine..its working finr..

Request your kind help in this regard.Is it a modem problem??
