Juan,

Before you attempt to dialout, you may shutdown all devices ie,
$ sudo ifconfig eth0 down
and record session:

/* found in Modem/DOCs/wvdial.txt
##    To make a logfile wvdial.out
$ sudo wvdial 2>&1 | tee wvdial.out
and send us wvdial.out and also

$ sudo cat /etc/resolv.conf
