Please send us the config providing wvdial  function, gzipped, I'll
put together a deb installer package for that kernel.

Note that we really need testing on PCs with the cogent chipsets.
Vijay tested drivers  I assembled from your
agrsm06pci-2.1.80~20090825-modified packaged,
on the standard 2.6.31-16-generic installation.
The wvdialconf test completed, but his 11c1:0630 modem wasn't detected
