First delete the old package:
$ rm agrsm048*.deb
Next clean out any old remnants with:
$ sudo dpkg --purge agrsm048pc
$ sudo dpkg --purge agrsm048pci-2.1.60
Try the attached, per below.
$ sudo dpkg -i agrsm*.deb
It was only necessary to change an internal version spec.
