Andre,

You need to find tbe kernel-devel package for 2.6.22.9-desktop-mdk

You may find it here:

http://rpmfind.net/linux/RPM/Development_Kernel.html

Be careful with getting another one that does not match the one you are running:

2.6.22.9-desktop586-1mdv

http://rpmfind.net/linux/RPM/mandriva/2008.0/i586/media/main/release/kernel-desktop-devel-latest-2.6.22.9-1mdv2008.0.i586.html

which shows the page: To get the needed package click following link:

ftp://fr2.rpmfind.net/linux/Mandriva/official/2008.0/i586//media/main/release/kernel-desktop-devel-latest-2.6.22.9-1mdv2008.0.i586.rpm

Do download it and install that package unless you have cd/dvd with
kernel sources from which you may mount it and copy/perform its
installation. After installing this package the rest of the
compilation should work.

Sorry for not getting back sooner, but I was not comprehending
everything that was going on.

Regards,

Antonio
