Hi,
with a license, we also provide upgrades free of charge for at least one
year, this is mentioned at the bottom of the store page at:
https://www.linuxant.com/store/
So far, users that did a license a few years ago are still enjoying free
upgrades.
For users who want to upgrade their kernels regularly, we recommend the
use of a generic package of the drivers. These packages require more
packages installed on the system to be used (the gcc C compiler and the
kernel headers) but they will survive minor kernel upgrades, the modules
will be automatically recompiled when a new kernel is booted. These
generic packages can be downloaded at:
HSF: http://www.linuxant.com/drivers/hsf/full/downloads.php#generic
HCF: http://www.linuxant.com/drivers/hcf/full/downloads.php#generic

You have to buy a software key from Linuxant.com
It does provide for all future upgrades. free.
Jonathan,
Linuxant should consider making the software packages dkms upgrade competent.
This would alleviate the burden of downloads under minor kernel upgrades.
The Agere/LSI and Smartlink modem packages have thus been dkms adapted.

I have read that free linuxant drivers only permit connection up to
14.4kbps, so, there is any way to increase this speed? I can't work from my
home place using a so slow link.
Thanks a lot.
