For the Intel537 do:

$ find /lib/modules --name Intel537*.ko
and delete any modules found.

There may also be residual Intel537 files like:
      /etc/init.d/537_boot
      /etc/hamregistry.bin
      /usr/sbin/usrsound
      /usr/sbin/hamregistry
that should be removed.
